PROJECT 2: MEASURED DRAWINGS

 

Project 2 requires all students to partake in the measurement activity of the building (work on site). It also requires students to convert all the collected data and tally everything. Afterwards students are to plot the building as accurately as possible on AUTO CAD. Once this is done, students are expected to produce a model to represent the essence of the building. Hence project 2 includes the measurement part on site, the transferring of the measurement in to CAD drawings, drawings on CAD and making the model. All this sums up to 50% of the marks for the semester.

The objective of this activity is to make students familiar with on site activities and tools among others.
